Inform mobile orders or substitution needs as signage.
I do the same mobile order drink every Monday but the lady at the counter brushed me off when I asked about the strawberry difference as I was having a drink contained strawberries.

When I walked in there was no in there. I got to the counter when gentleman from the back told me it was going to be 10-15 minutes till he can take my order. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I wasn’t going to wait around for a drink. On the plus side saved me $10 for a drink.
Confused!!!!! Went in to place an order. No customers are in the building. I was told by the employee that he was too busy working on other orders and I would have to come back in 10-15 minutes?!!! Really???? What happened to helping the customer in the facility? Would have taken 1-2 minutes at best for my order. Hmmmmm....this location where I usually enjoy going, will no longer be frequented by me, ever again. Quite frustrating! Issuing 1 star was a stretch!!!!!
Ordered through app for in store pickup. The store was clean, the staff on duty greeted me within a minute of walking in. Gave me my drink at the correct pickup time and sent me on my way. Will order again in the near future. :)
