We were there for 5 minutes before anyone came out. It was clear the girls were working on orders in the back. When they did come out they acknowledged our online order. We were going to buy two waters but ended up not doing so because of the wait. The girls were nice but the place seemed understaffed. 20 min start to finish is too long.

Customer service has changed with automation. I believe it is probably better for the employees. Human interaction is minimal and, frankly, the employees seem to be hustling. They seem more bothered by having to interact. Also, mobile ordering seems convenient, however it may delay the service one receives. Orders are not prepared by order of receipt. Ordering on-site may yeild a shorter wait period. Not sure yet if I will return to this facility.

Fine. I thought the waffles would be larger. They were still very good and avocado was fresh and ripe.
