I always have a great experience at Nékter but today I was ignored completely for about 5 minutes while waiting for my online order. Yes, they were busy inside but my order was ready and the gentleman at the register was just chatting with one of the customers for a bit (not order related) and then went to the back without acknowledging me. He went back and came out another 2 times without asking me my name. Finally the other guy who was making smoothies asked what my name was and the other guy went and grabbed my order. Didn’t love this, to be honest. Especially since my food was completely ready, I could have been in and out of there so quickly.

The add has no feed back when an item is out of stock. So my order couldn’t be made and I didn’t know until I got to the store. The service was great to resolve the problem but probably could have been more stream lined. I can see this being a problem when the store is very busy.

I went in for an Acai bowl.
I wasn't sure what to try but Anthony helped me out and gave me some good recommendations. Which i appreciated because I have a hard time deciding especially when I'm hot and hungry. So i went with the Banana berry bowl and he spilt in half made me even happier. He also recommended these yummy protein poppers so tasty!!!! The price was decent and they do military discounts which is a hug plus in my book. Thanks Anthony for your great customer service.

Walked in order was not even in the system had to wait lady at the counter was not so friendly they said they could not see my order drink felt rushed didnt taste like it normally does o well it happens just not happy with the last visit or drink
