Nekter Juice Bar - Mesa

Thank you for providing me with a healthy drink made from fresh ingredients!

I normally don’t do this, but I am a big fan of NEKTER and try to go there once or twice a month. But my last three, at least, purchases from the Dana Park Mesa, AZ store never get my order right and I’m getting tired of tipping them when they can’t follow instructions on the order. I don’t customize my order that much but several times when I ask for adding blueberries inside they’re not in there or when I get charged for extra peanut butter on top it’s not on there and for them to fix it they have to remake the whole thing again and it’s just not worth it … the ticket is right in front of them as they make it, all they have to do is read it,…so I will still remain a customer but I wish the staff would pay a little bit more attention to the tickets they receive for mobile orders. I always order the açaí peanut butter bowl and customize it by maybe two - three items and it’s always wrong so It’s just frustrating to order something, pay for it, tip them and then not get what you order. I’m in the service industry so I am familiar.

I just started coming to Nektar last month and have been youth's location 4 times. I love it. The employees are always polite and friendly. The service is always quick and my order has been accurate each time.

Good. I wish there was more of a variety in your bowls, more protein bowls with maybe a Greek yogurt base and avocado Greek yogurt mix would be good! I like all the fruit and granola in the bowls. Maybe allow for an option to switch out more different fruits for other fruits and a couple types of granola. Your gluten free granola is a great option!

I always have a positive experience with this location, it is my favorite location. My order is always ready when I pick up and it is always made right.

Love there fresh made juices and pre-made juices for when I feel lazy.

I paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive them on my bowl. I hadn’t realized until I was already at home and the store was about to close so I couldn’t go back. It’s unfortunate since the cost has already increased and paying for toppings I didn’t get. It was disappointing.

The order is always ready when I show up.

I walked to the area where the online pick up was. There was another lady in the regular line waiting to be addressed. Someone came out and took her order and didn’t even acknowledge me standing on the side waiting for my pick up order. When the other person brought out the other lady’s order, she asked if I was picking up an order and got my order for me. I don’t mind the waiting of a couple of minutes, but not being addressed when I was standing there seemed a bit rude.

She was very pleasant and the smoothie was delicious as always.

Ordered on the app. Order available when we arrived, earlier than projected. Always delicious!

It’s a great product and customer service , however the price was a little high
