I placed a pick up order and once I got there I stood there for about five minutes well two girls were giggling in the back before being helped.

Excellent service and juice quality. It's ultra filtered so you won't get any bits and pieces. My only suggestion is to get more organic products. You'd tap into a very lucrative and profitable market if you advertised organic juices or organic sugar-free protein balls. I did love getting a delicious and refreshing free juice after downloading the app.

Last time ever going to this location order was completely wrong requested and notified that there were two people with dairy allergies and yet again my order was made with the same dairy products I requested be substituted for, went to return and try and get it refunded/ redone and yet the drink was still wrong unfortunate as this was a really enjoyable establishment at a point

I felt the girl at he counter could have been WAY nicer! Did say a word other than what’s the name in the order. For. 12 dollar drink I would expect better customer service and smile. I’ll stick with Jamba.

Nekter's acai bowls are very satisfying. To-go bowls are filled to the top of the container. I stopped coming to Nekter several years ago because the bowls were very inconsistent. Some were half to two-thirds the way full, which was disappointing. But things seemed to have changed for the better as the past /recent five orders have all been consistent and filled to the top. I'm very pleased with consistency as well as the bowls themselves. The changes to the app are also very welcomed and much more user friendly. It is much easier to use gift cards and apply rewards.
