The employee was great, but your app needs work. We ordered 3 items and only 2 of them came out on the employee’s end of the ordering process. She let us know this keeps happening for certain menu items since the app changed.

Two açaí bowls took over 28min to receive from online order but ultimately what really is the downfall for this location is 2 out of 2 times I’ve ordered from here they’ve messed the order up. Either leaving items out or not blending them etc. why have such a nice order taking system if you’re just going to do whatever you want with my order?

My food was ready much quicker than anticipated, so I wish that the app had given me a notification. Nobody in the store said my name, so my food did sit for a little bit before they realized it was for me. But the girl behind the counter is very sweet and she did proactively come over to me to check on what order I was waiting for. That’s when we figured it out.
