Customer service was off today. Walked in and waited at the counter for 5min with no acknowledgment. Heard one employee say he was “over” customer service. Eventually stepped out of the store and ordered online. Picking up my order was fine and in line with my pick up time. Different employee helped me at pick up and was great.

slower than usual. Was not greeted when came in like usual and there were 3 of us in line. The gals were working in the back which is understandable but they knew we were out in front of counter and did not acknowledge us. Thanks!

Everything is always pretty consistent! If it gets busy, you have to wait a little but I don’t mind. The young staff that work at this location aren’t always the most friendly but I don’t expect too much when ordering a smoothie.

My bowl really just wasn’t very good this time. It was pretty runny and just didn’t taste like the normal protein power bowl I get.
