When I order online and pickup, employees are often in the back not responding to a customer in store. They are working on orders, but there should be form of communication a customer has entered and waiting for pickup. I hate to suggest a bell on the counter, but something would be nice to grab their attention to deliver the order.

I order two good to go açaí bowl packs for pickup this morning and arrived at the location 10 mins before scheduled and the staff was super friendly, let me know they were almost done and helped me pack spoons and menus for the office staff to pick from, no complaints there. Once I arrived to my destination with the bowls, I unpacked and set them up and noticed every single one was half full, I felt a little jipped here! Everything went smoothly, otherwise just wish each bowl was fillled to the top like they usually are.
