I enjoy stopping by this location once a month with my youngest. We both ordered smoothies and decided against juices. Normally the staff is very attentive but today when we walked in there was no one at the counter. We waited at least a minute and it was only after I shouted, "Knock, knock!" that someone helped us.
I did an online order for two smoothies and they warm and melted when I got there. They tasted like ice and warm milk with some can sugar sprinkled in.... I am frequent customer (3-4 times a week) and was very unhappy about my last expierience here in March ‘19... there’s a one stop across the street.
San (male employee at the 44th and indian school location) provides exemplary customer service. After only coming a few times he knew my name and now greets me accordingly when I walk in!! It really creates a positive experience and I hope San gets some recognition for his hardwork.
I hope I am not spelling his name wrong, I apologize if I have.

First time at this location, second time at the chain. The building and location is clean and nice, the people working here were very nice. I'm just not totally sold on the drinks.
My guy has gotten the Nut one twice and it's good, not good enough for the price I don't think. An I've tried two different ones and have been disappointed with both.
The Popeye Acai one was like swamp water - don't know how anyone can like that. and the Berry one was a little bland, not bad... just a little lacking I think.
All in all.. I don't think i'll spend my money at the chain again, this location though was very nice.

Love Nekter, but Jimmy the gm went above and beyond when they were out of apples. Ordered from grub hub and they just cancelled the juice order but he called and offered to make something different for me. 6 stars!
Nekter juice bar was okay. The quality of the smoothie that i ordered was pretty average, but what wasn't average was the price. I paid about 9 dollars for a smoothie, which made me sad. I probably won't be going back because I'm too poor
