Not a bad experience, but the guy who serviced me based on my to-go order, perhaps was really shy or just not strong with personal skills as he didn't look at me nor greet me and say anything when he gave me my order. Perhaps he is a great worker, but lacks social skills, which is fine but may throw other customers off.

The store needs a bell or something to alert employees that a customer is waiting out front to order or pickup an online order. There is no clear sight line and employees are hidden in the back while customers wait unattended

I placed an online order and it was super busy when i got there, so it took a little longer than expected, but they filled my bowl up to the top, so that makes me really happy! I love Nekter!
The staff greeted me very soon to when I arrived and got my order to me as quickly as they could. Nice work, ladies--I know you were busy! :)
