Ordered an item online. Said it would be ready in 15 min. I pull up to the store and it is closed! What the heck? Why would a computer accept and order and charge my CC when the store is closed?

I placed an online order and received the call almost immediately from the location as they were out of an item. The employee was very nice and offered me options for the inconvenience. I was glad to have them surprise me with an alternative. The pickup was ready immediately and I was very satisfied with my purchase the location is beautiful they keep the store very clean all of the workers were efficient I will definitely be back sometime soon.
