Ordered ahead of time. Drink was ready. But it did take 2-3 mins for someone to come to the register although only 1 other customer in the seating area also waiting for a drink.

Everything was fine, but this is probably the second time I order from this location and I get the wrong drink made or it’s made and tastes WAY different.
I ordered the AB mocha and i didn’t taste any cold brew at all, or even cacao nibs it tastes more like the health nut.

I ordered a dragon fruit bowl and when I arrived to pick up my order I noticed it was really light in color, Kiara told me it’s because they were out of pitaya. I tried it but it tasted like pink ice because there wasn’t any dragon fruit in the bowl!

I was not greeted by anyone, I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came over to see what I wanted. There were 2 employees working on orders no one in front with the register and there were 3 people waiting in your sitting area for their orders to be completed. Your establishment also has a C outside

This was my first time visiting Nektar. I loved the ability to order online and pickup. I just didn't realize how early your locations close. Thankfully I was able to pick up.
The one complaint I have is that they did my order wrong. When I was handed my drink, the girl said there's no strawberries in it. I asked for no straw and they thought I didn't want strawberries in my smoothie. I didn't say anything as it was close to closing. That was the only thing.
