I keep ordering my smoothie without agave and I keeps coming with agave

It was 6 minutes until closing time. A female employee was mopping the floor. I walked in the door and asked her if I could place an order. She said that they were closed. So I had to pressed, saying that they weren't supposed to be closed for another six minutes. The girl seemed bothered, staring at me. She then shouted back to another employee to ask the time, which matched the time I had. I then asked the second employee if I could still place an order, and she answered in the affirmative. Meanwhile, the first employee continued with her mopping and offered no apology.
