I have been there several times around 30 minutes until closing times, but unable to utilize the seats to enjoy the drinks and bowls they make since they are cleaning up already and have the chairs propped up and mopping the floors.

Your employees were very concerned for their customers. They were INCREDIBLY busy, many orders came in at once through mobile and in person. The young lady at the front was transparent and gracious to all who came in. However it was obvious that she was worried about the amount of time some orders were naturally taking. The entire team was moving quickly and assisting each other; no hand was idle. All orders were completed and accurate,AND regardless of the pressure, all were served with a smile. VERY grateful this is MY neighborhood Nekter as I will wait as long as it takes when there are people who care about what they are doing as much as your Temecula, Winchester Crew does. Made online order at 11:15. Set a time to pick up order at 12:30. I arrived at 12:30. Order wasn't ready. They started to make it fast. I thought that was the whole idea is to order online. And skip the line.and the wait.

Service was very friendly and pleasant. I placed an order for 2 bowls and a juice 30 minutes before pick up. When I arrived at pick up time I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Perhaps a staffing issue. Otherwise taste and quality was good.
