the bowl was ordered 5 minutes before arriving to the location, i expected them to have it ready considering there was one other person in the store but it was ready 15 minutes after i arrived, and i was already surprised at how long they were taking. the bowl i paid EXTRA for was disgustingly watery and soupy much runnier than a smoothie and all my topping sunk into it. i had to throw the whole thing away and it was nearly 17 dollars worth of wasted food because they could not make it properly :( i also had to repeat my order back to them when they already had a receipt with my order in front of them.

This location has the very best customer service! The weekday morning ladies always know my order and it is always fresh! They greet me by my first name (and I really wish I knew theirs). I came in one morning and they were busy and also training new employees. But yet, they were patient and welcoming, and served the best, freshest -and nice looking bowls!
(I just want to point out that one of the morning ladies worked this morning and the other lady worked yesterday morning -they’re the best!!) and thank you!!

The product is good, the service is good BUT the Manager who only staffs 2 people in a high traffic shop needs coaching. The quantity of product is not just foot traffic but also the online orders. This store is in a strategic city/location. Management should care about the optics and look like it cares about quality service. Only two people is not good optics. With that being said… the product was excellent and service was good. Polite, happy and informative.

Every time accept for today has been great. I put an order in over 50 minutes before pick up. I come 10 minutes after the pick up time, giving them an hour to make it and the fresh juice I ordered wasn't even prepared. There was no one inside as far as customers and two employees. Really unacceptable to not have the drink made.
