Walked in, wasn't greeted. There was a girl in the back making stuff but there was another girl at the counter that had just given a customer their drink. She went to the back as I walked up and looked like she cleaned a spill next to the girl making the drinks. There was a second lady waiting before me that said she mobile ordered and that she had already been waiting 15 min. I became concerned and tied to get the attention of one of the girls just so they could check on my drink since I did the same thing. Only had to wait maybe 2 minutes but my drink was ready at the promised time. Drink tasted fine but was not as advertised in the picture with the chocolate rimmed around the cup. (the seasonal Frankenstein) They didn't say they were out or anything and figured I could let it go since it was a reward. Wasn't gonna have them remake it and waste a good smoothie.

I love this location, i tend to come here and work! I love the music and most especially i love Wendys excellent customer service! she is my favorite employee at this location, she always makes me feel welcomed and doesn't pressure me to leave since i hang out here to have my juice and smoothie! Her heart is so warm to others and i hear how much love she puts into speaking with customers and her coworkers. I always look forward to seeing her and her beautiful smile! Thanks, Wendy for making my nekter experience always a good one! My fave location so far!

Quality of smoothies I've got last two times were not great.

The Bressi Ranch location is always Great!! The employees are Friendly, kind, and professional. They always make the yummiest healthy smoothies & bowls!

My experience today wasn’t as great as it has been. I mobile ordered a PB&J smoothie, and when I got there, they handed me a plain peanut butter smoothie. I told them it wasn’t the right one, and they said they were out of jam. Then they said they were making jam, and it would be ready in 10 min, so I waited. When it was done, they just handed me a small container of the jam, for me to pour in myself. They could’ve at least made the smoothie RIGHT, once the jam was done. Not leave it for me to drink some of it, to then pour the jam in later. It didn’t taste as good as it has before.

I ordered on the app, 4 bowls and 3 smoothies and everything was ready and correct when I arrived. Cashier told me about a bundle deal that would have saved a little money, but I didn't notice that on the app. Oh well, next time. I will be back!

Smoothies were not good

Bowls and smoothies are the best.

Awesome. I normally order on my phone for pick up. When I show up at the store I’m always greeted with a warm welcome from those at the counter. My açaí bowl or smoothie is always consistent in quality.

Great service and tasty smoothies.

My mobile order was ready when I got there. The server was very friendly. They kept our smoothies chilled for us which was nice! My Pink Flamingo was so good. My daughter enjoyed her Berry drink. Thanks so much!
