Not good smoothie was incomplete ice chunks of fruit. Long wait as well. Won't be back at that location

Overall, I am happy with Nekter, ordering through the app and the speed of pick-up. Sometimes I have issues with the app, such as orders not going through to the store, the ability to use offers and gift cards. Also, my last few orders used unripe bananas; I'm sure there are times when it is difficult to manage stock and ripeness, but this completely changes the taste of the bowl/smoothie and makes me not want to visit.

Generally a decent experience, however the smoothie preparation is hit or miss and very much depends on who is working/preparing the smoothies. It's hard to recommend all the time. I wish y'all were more consistent.
