Poor, I placed my order through the app because I was in a rush, but it was not ready at the stated time. Even walk-ins who ordered after I arrived for pickup for their items before me. I ended up getting my smoothie 15 minutes later than the pickup time told to me on the app. Unacceptable customer service.

The order was completed on time and the associate remembered me from prior visits and said it was good to see me. I can't remember her name but she should be recognized for always having a positive attitude and energy! She is a taller blond woman. The one thing I would recommend improving on is adding a bit less cashew milk to the smoothies because it thins them out and I prefer my smoothies more frozen.

I had a great experience at this location today. The young man brought my smoothie out to my car since I couldn’t get out with my toddler in the car seat. Great service and great smoothie. Thanks!

This location for Nekter is my favorite! The manager always remembers my name and greets me so sweetly. It is a pleasure to come here. I love the fresh smoothies as well. Please bring back the vanilla charcoal ice cream. That was delicious.

Staff were friendly. However, my smoothie I picked up was not tasty. The banana that was blended in there was not sweet at all. I am not sure I would come back since this was my second time trying Necter.
