Usually love you guys. But this time my PB&J smoothie had about 7 or 8 bits of something hard and inedible blended up in it? Yikes!

This is my go-to spot for smoothies after swimming at the local pool in Carlsbad. Really well managed, healthy, and delicious!

Staff is fast and friendly, store is clean and welcoming, and the smoothies and bowls are great!

My mobile order took longer than projected. One of the smoothies was out so we replaced it, but then the bowl wasn’t made correctly to my order and juice was made after the fact. Nice staff, but wouldn’t come back to this location. It was just not a great experience and for the amount paid I would have expected better quality.

The Buzzer Beater smoothies we got were very watery. It seems that they forgot to add the whey protein. The texture and taste of the same smoothie we got from the Encinitas location is 10 times better than the one we got from the Carlsbad location. Very Disappointing as we didn’t like or finish our smoothies like we had before.

My last four smoothies were more ice than content. Way too much ice!

Staff was great. My smoothie was very chunky- reason for the lower rating. Felt rushed

I love the menu and the quality of the ingredients. I recommend Nekter to my friends and coworkers. I usually order a large AB Health Nut smoothie and my only constructive criticism is that Sydney puts a perfect amount of agave but when other team members make it, it often tastes like there is little or no agave in the smoothie. Other than that, my experience is always 100% positive and I only have good things to say about Nekter when I'm recommending it to others :)

Usually I have a great experience, it's why I'm a repeat customer. This location usually does an amazing job, especially when Wendy is there. On this last visit, our smoothies weren't as good. I had to put them through the blender and add some extra ingredients when I got home. Mine was pretty bland. On one of the PB&J smoothies, they ran out of the chia jam, so there was no "J" in the PB&J smoothie lol. Hoping it was just an off day, and not the direction of the location.
