Overall fine, there were only two people staffed at the time of pickup, which made my mobile order delayed. The staff members were working VERY hard and efficiently but it was clear that they needed more people working.

My experience today wasn’t as great as it has been. I mobile ordered a PB&J smoothie, and when I got there, they handed me a plain peanut butter smoothie. I told them it wasn’t the right one, and they said they were out of jam. Then they said they were making jam, and it would be ready in 10 min, so I waited. When it was done, they just handed me a small container of the jam, for me to pour in myself. They could’ve at least made the smoothie RIGHT, once the jam was done. Not leave it for me to drink some of it, to then pour the jam in later. It didn’t taste as good as it has before.

I never got what I ordered. I have COVID so I ordered delivery through the nekter app. They texted that it arrived. It’s no where to be found. What a waste of time and money. And it’s not like I can even come to your store without getting your employees sick.
