Walked in, wasn't greeted. There was a girl in the back making stuff but there was another girl at the counter that had just given a customer their drink. She went to the back as I walked up and looked like she cleaned a spill next to the girl making the drinks. There was a second lady waiting before me that said she mobile ordered and that she had already been waiting 15 min. I became concerned and tied to get the attention of one of the girls just so they could check on my drink since I did the same thing. Only had to wait maybe 2 minutes but my drink was ready at the promised time. Drink tasted fine but was not as advertised in the picture with the chocolate rimmed around the cup. (the seasonal Frankenstein) They didn't say they were out or anything and figured I could let it go since it was a reward. Wasn't gonna have them remake it and waste a good smoothie.

I always come in and place bigger orders for my work. Usually 6-9 acai bowls and sometimes a juice, and I always need them pretty early in the morning. My order is always ready to go when I arrive, and Wendy always greets me by name with a smile. Love this location and the employees!

Love the product, it is very inconsistent from store to store. I normally vist the laguna, san clemente, and carlsbad stores and the items are made a bit differently at each location.

It took a bit for me to figure out the on-line ordering, but once I did it was quite easy. I got the exactly at the specified time, and they were expecting me! Website says to state you there are for a pickup order and that was helpful. Ready on time and wi5 a smile!

I love this location, i tend to come here and work! I love the music and most especially i love Wendys excellent customer service! she is my favorite employee at this location, she always makes me feel welcomed and doesn't pressure me to leave since i hang out here to have my juice and smoothie! Her heart is so warm to others and i hear how much love she puts into speaking with customers and her coworkers. I always look forward to seeing her and her beautiful smile! Thanks, Wendy for making my nekter experience always a good one! My fave location so far!
