Only 1-2 workers at a time. Most of the time, there’s only one worker taking the orders and making the drinks. They are working really hard but there are a lot of orders and need more help!

Food was delicious. had to wait beyond the time it was supposed to be ready but no big deal. My portion size (acai bowl) seemed a little smaller than normal, but it was super delicious.

I love this location! They always have my order ready on time when I arrive to pick it up, and they greet me by name (it helps that I go a lot for work). Everything always tastes great.

I wasn't able to pick up my order yesterday due to time constraints and the location being incredibly busy at my quoted pickup time. I returned today and was warmly greeted and offered to remake my order that I never received. The bowl was made promptly and with care. Thank you so much for making up for yesterday! Would recommend & return. Great customer service 👏

I visit the Carlsbad store one to twice a week. Chyanne and Wendy are fabulous and run a ferric shop/operation. If by chance senior management sees this post, please know you have a top-shelf team and as one who also frequents your Encinitas and Irvine Square (main street near John Wayne), and Temecula stores your Carlsbad location is the strongest by far - again, they run a solid shop - hope this helps -
