Love the food but it’s rare hay the order is correct on the first time. Defeats the efficiency of an online order when I have to wait for missing items or to get the order correct.

My online order was late again. I ordered at 3:38 it was supposed to be done at 3:52 and wasn’t done until almost 4:05. Your service at this location has changed and there is attitude. Are you short staffed? The last two times I’ve ordered from you I’ve gotten attitude and my order wasn’t ready.

Honestly both the acai bowls we ordered were completely liquid. We arrived 10 minutes earlier than our pick up time and were told they were not ready. So we were there the minute they were “ready”. However, as mentioned they were completely liquid/runny. A little disappointing even though the flavor was still good

I ordered on the app, 4 bowls and 3 smoothies and everything was ready and correct when I arrived. Cashier told me about a bundle deal that would have saved a little money, but I didn't notice that on the app. Oh well, next time. I will be back!
