It was ok. Got my bowl and got on with my life. Only problem is that I’ve been noticing a lower volume of açaí mix lately. It went from 3/4 of the container to 1/2 now

Ordered the Pineapple Matcha which was very watery, not like a smoothie texture and had chunks of vanilla protein in it. BF ordered the Popeye Açaí and it was straight up gross. The açaí bowls might be good but definitely not impressed with the strip mall smoothie experience at Nekter

Hello, I am writing to discuss my visit on Saturday, August 14th. I placed a mobile order and when I walked in I quickly noticed how busy they were. It took 10 minutes for someone to address me and I was told they were working on my order right now. However, after 30 minutes had passed I went up and explained how I understood they were busy but I placed my mobile order 45 minutes ago and 3 groups of people who had ordered 20 minutes after I did had already received their order. The girl replied "ok" and left, 15 minutes later she came back aggressively placed our bag of ONLY 2 items on the counter and left again without apologizing or thanking us for waiting. On the app it said are order would be ready at 12:05 and we did not receive our order until 12:47. I was also appalled at the unprofessionalism between the workers. One worker was in the back, yelling through the store to the worker taking orders. This occurred 3 times and I felt it was unprofessional and the 12 people waiting for their orders all heard. It was very evidient that the workers were annoyed not only with how busy they were but with eachother. I am a loyal customer but will no longer be returning to this store.

I like the concept and have been enjoying green smoothies for years. Only downside is really long wait time during lunch breaks - more than 30 minutes for two smoothies. Maybe someone didn't show up to work or maybe someone in training. Three people trying to handle the counter and making drinks.

Definitely better than Jamba when it comes to healthy, however the customer service at Jamba is surprisingly miles better. If the owner is reading this, please talk to your employees. I shouldn't end up in an argument just because your exact change rule made no sense to me. If the total is 8.50 and I give you 9 and tell you not to worry about the change and tell you to keep it, why wouldn't that be OK? But more importantly why is your rude employee taking it personal and giving me attitude just becuase it makes no sense to me. This made me not want to come back ever again.

Amazing smoothie with amazing customer service!

The orange crush was pretty good, but the berry banana blast was pretty bland.

3 day juice detox worthwhile

Usually get my order right, and I haven't experienced too long of wait times even during lunch hour. One time out of about 7 orders they have made a mistake, so not super bad batting average. I like the franchise menu items a lot, and this staff / location seems about par.
