I preordered and the app told me that the order would be ready by whatever time. I arrived at the store before that time and let the counter person know I was there and asked if the order on the counter was mine and she said no. I sat down and waited. The counter person helped two other customers that came in after me and when the second customer received their order, about 20 minutes later and with a bit of frustration building, I asked when I was going to get my order. She said she did not have an order for me. I let her know that the app told me the order should have been ready about 20 minutes ago and she asked for the order number to which I showed her the app receipt. It took her a moment to figure it out and she went to the refrigerator and pulled my order out and gave it to me.
Needless to say, not a great experience and one I hope never to repeat. If I was not a long term customer, I would not go back.
