Thumbs down. I ordered online in advance. I got there and cashier told me it would be a 5 min wait. Goes to the back. Wait for more than 10 minutes and another cashier asked me how I can be helped. Told her I was waiting for an online order. The second cashier went to the back and grabbed my already made drink from the fridge. What the heck was that. For over 10 dollar drink and advance to, I deserve better service. Someone needs to retrain that 1st cashier. First bad impression.

Great! I just moved to San Marcos from Temecula and this Nekter location is much better. The staff is friendlier and the shop is cleaner

I submitted a mobile order and came in 7 min after it was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait an additional 8 minutes. After I gave my name for the order no one came and told me it wasn’t ready

Hello - I love my acai bowls - however I asked for no bananas due to a migraine (they are a trigger) and there were bananas - I scraped them off but maybe they should read the specifications more thoroughly. thank you so much!
