I wish I could upload a pic of my juice since at least 25% of the cup was foam and not juice.

Katrina was awesome! As I picked up my online order, the paper cup holder broke and I accidentally spilled my drink and she did not give me a hard time or attitude. She was really sweet and helped me clean up the mess and remade my drinks. Now that’s great customer service!

Ive had good experiences here in the past but this last time I walked in, wasn’t greeted, waiting minutes before someone acknowledged me, and the drink wasn’t ready by the estimated time online.

There was no one up front when I walked in so went straight to the bathroom before picking up my order. I ran into an employee on the way back and told her what I was doing. I gave her my name. When I went to the front, there was still no one there, but after saying “hello” a different employee came out and asked if she could help me. No one else was in the store during this time. She asked me my name and I told her. Considering it’s a slow time in the afternoon, super customer service would have been to have my drink ready when I came out of the bathroom. Not horrible service. Drink was great. Maybe everyone is just hanging in there for now, and stellar service isn’t to be expected. I’m not even being sarcastic.
