I order on the app to get in an out. But there was a line aNd the cashier just kept taking the people on the line. I have to wait until the girl at the back making the juices finish and came to the counter

I was able to place my order on the app, the app estimated a time yet the order took 20 min more to be ready. This was a real inconvenience because I was late back to work from lunch. It would be nice if I had gotten a heads up or if the times were more accurate. The bowl was about half way full &’ I understand it shouldn’t have been 100% because it I asked for granola on the side but the granola doesn’t take 50% of the bowl. I’ve been enjoying nekter products for a long time, this one time visit was just not as great .
