Give this store more hours to have more people on staff at the same time. One employee shouldn’t be doing as much work as 2/3 people

Upon arriving I let the young lady know I was picking up an online order. She asked for the name on the order and went to the back. When she came back she looked confused and asked me if I had the confirmation number. I showed her the email with the confirmation number. She then lets me know that their system did not notify her of an online order being placed. I was glad I had ordered a bottled item, otherwise I would’ve just asked to cancel the order. Keep in mind this is NOT the first time this has happened where the system does not receive my mobile app order, for whatever reason.

I submitted an online order. When I arrived Nekter was closed. It had not opened at 7 as the door said. I was not able to cancel the order because no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail. No one returned my call.

It did not taste good. I was surprised, because the Nekter I usually go to is amazing. I ordered an acai superfood bowl. There were no chia seeds, no gogi berries, it was watered down, and just had a strange taste to it. I was in a rush. Or I would have went back in to complain.
