I was not satisfied with my order. I called to pre order and they didn’t begin making my food until I paid upon arrival. Unfortunately, my açaí bowl was not made correctly and it tasted horrible. I love this place and I understand that there are good days and bad days but this was extremely disappointing, especially because I was in a rush.

Super Amazing people. There's only a couple things: Danny who worked before would always say hi to me by my name and would treat me like Family. He'd ask me about me about my day, be super friendly,lately it's became a juice stop,boring.Also, I noticed 2 different persons in cashier don't wash hands after using cash register when handling food,even if it's for handing samples,they should always wash hands.Service is ok , but id appreciate if they told me the juice will take a bit longer, especially when there's lots of people waiting,and I'm on my lunch break because sometimes I can wait up to 10 mins and not know anything. They're very good at giving suggestions and I love the new "best seller green suggestions" on the menu board,I feel it saves time. And when it's not busy, I'd appreciate if I'm sitting down insid a long time and finished my drink if someone asked me how my drink was or something, just be conversational for a sec, It builds trust. name tags would build trust too.I love it, thank you!Also,my cousin speaks only Spanish,bilingual speaker would be appreciated. Better knowledge of the menu as to which fills you up, which has the most protein,which slims would help

Service isn’t consistent. For my birthday they made the smoothie liquidy which is stupid I come at least 10 times a month! It’s never been liquidy.
Prices are getting high in this market, that includes the ice cream. This place is pricey.
The quality of the products themselves are questionable. They do seem fresh but I am skeptical about their shipment schedule. If they freeze their fruit it’s definitely worth trying it out.
The environment is small and can get dirty fast. Not a whole lot of employees work at a time so lines can form. The wait time can vary between 5 and 20 minutes.
Inconsistency of service, combined with quality that may seem to be “fresh” and a nice small environment gives this restaurant a 3/5.

Had one of their main Acai Bowls. It was really really good, I'd definitely go back. I will say, the customer service was ehh though, the girl at the front seemed like she did NOT want to be there or talk to anyone.

This was my first time stopping by. The place is friendly & clean. The juices are good, but like other reviewers have mentioned, it is expensive. I'll probably only stop by once a month to treat myself.

Love coming here, friendly staff, good bowls. My favorite is the mango acai bowl. Nice clean place and calm relaxing atmosphere. Cant recommend this place enough.

It took about 20 mins to just get one acai berry bowl since they had to make it FOUR times! I ordered sub cashews and they gave me cacao. When I notified them all they did was simply scoop out the cacao leaving a few nibs still in the bowl and then attempted to cover it up with a few cashews. If I wanted it just scooped out I could have done it myself and not to mention a better job. I had to ask if they could remake it and she reluctantly agreed as if it was a burden to her even though it was their mistake not mine. She came back with a completely different bowl (Peanut butter bowl) and I had to explain my order once again as the manager just watched her go back and fourth with my order and didnt even bother to assist the situation. When she came back there was no bananas so she had to go back again and by the FOURTH time they finally made it right. This was completely unacceptable. Poor customer service
