I often order online and find that your online ordering platform is somewhat confusing when it comes to the final checkout process. I also find that the times that they indicate your order should be ready or never met. I always show up at the time indicated or even after the time indicated and still fine I must wait for my order to be fulfilled. Very disappointing.

Took 45 minutes to get a bowl of fruit because only one guy was working until the last minute another guy came in. And halfway through the register broke. The food was alright and they compensated one other lady but nobody else even though we all waited a super long time. Don’t reccomend unless you want to wait a hour for a bowl
This was a one off time thing I think but my mobile order time got pushed back 3 times before it was actually ready so that was annoying.

Ordered online 15 min prior and order was not yet ready when I arrived- it’s happened before and when on the run, it seems pointless to order ahead if you still need to wait for drink to be made. Other than that service was good and staff were friendly and welcoming

Fantastic! My daughter was craving an açai bowl and knew that you guys have a great reputation for delicious bowls and so we popped in and grabbed one. It was a huge hit, can't wait to try more things on the menu in the future.

The smoothie was incredibly sweet, I could not drink it. Waffles were delicious and the person helping was super nice and helpful.
