I felt extremely bad for the one employee working by herself today. She was friendly when she brought out our order and thanked us for our patience. The order took about a half an hour for 2 smoothies. I also find that Nektar is super expensive- if it was more affordable, I would go more. I promised my son I would take him today, so that is why I spent $30 on only 2 drinks- crazy prices!

Online ordering was very simple and easy! When I arrived, I didnt have to wait too tereibly long to be noticed, was greeted, and handed my drink. The juice I ordered was delicious and just right. Also, the portion size was pleasantly surprising! I ordered a small but discovered that it is much larger than most smalls. It made the value feel better than I'd anticipated.

I often order thru your app for pickup and find that TIME and TIME Again the pickup times the are stating are off by as much as 15-25 minutes !
This is VERY frustrating, The app is also not that user friendly. A recent order I made on 12-24- 25 thru the app had me double billed $11.03 for only ONE Order. I called the store later in that day and the manager was supposed to reverse one of the charges.
