Always seem short staffed and not enough to keep up. Every time I have went in there to order it takes too long. Last time instead of them taking my order he turned screen around for me to do myself.

The food was great and experience was overall positive, but the speed of service was too slow - there were just not enough people on staff to support the number and pace of orders coming in. I placed my order online so that it would be ready by the time I arrived, and while I did arrive a bit earlier than the promised time, I waited in the store for about 15 minutes and the order was fulfilled 10 minutes after the promised time. Others who had ordered ahead were having a similar experience. I love this place and come here often, and I have often had a similar experience of slow service due to not enough people working to fill orders.

I had ordered the day before and my husband still had to wait 10 minutes after it should have been ready. I don’t feel like this is typical, possibly due to peak service time. I don’t know. But not ideal.
