Often order online and find that the wait times for an order to be completed are WAY too LONG! 20-25 minutes is ridiculous

I’m always happy with my bowls I have yet to try a smoothie but when I do it’s game over ! Love the ingredients and the bold colors! I feel good eating nekter !

First, I want to mention that the wonderdul workers were trying their best and were extrememly professional. They were doing an absolutely great job for the business at the time I want. My problem is that there was only two workers at the time. I feel like there should be at least three workers for it being rush hour. There only being two workers was a terrible decision as during peak hours, people kept coming in and at one point it felt like everyone was elbow to elbow waiting for their drinks. This feels like it could EASILY be avoided with hiring more workers or more workers being scheduled for the peak rush hours. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my online order to be finished. I want to emphasize that the workers were phenomenal however they were set up foor failure since there wasnt enough workers on the clock!!!

I ordered online and then immediately came inside so I could request for it to be made Thick. The young man in the back said “yeah I got you” and then quickly had my bowl ready.

I enjoy ordering from Nektar over the App. It is quick and easy and the rewards system is very nice as well. I will continue to purchase and be a loyal customer. Nice team there also
