Great people, but seems theres always ice in smoothie, didnt k ow you guys used ice, and ne er ble ded wekk. Stick to my Quail Hill location. But you guys always make it right, so all good. Support top notch.

I ordered my smoothie online for pick up. But once at the store, I had to wait about 15 minutes before my order was ready. There were only two staff members that I could see and there were a few customers already waiting inside. There is room for improvement on the estimated pick-up time for the app.

I live close by to this Nektar so I come to this location a lot but never fully satisfied. Most of the time, you guys open late and I end up waiting 30-45 minutes for someone to come in and open late which is what happened, again, this morning. Ordered my Smoothie at 8:11 am and was there to pick it up at 8:20 and of course, not open again. So I came back at 8:50 and you were finally open. The smoothie is good so I appreciate that! But it’s frustrating that you guys rarely open on time!

Thank you for the bday smoothie My son has an anaphylactic milk allergy so always happy with your products. Staff seem educated about whey protein allergies related to milk allergens Excited you are bringing back the ice cream. It gives us another dessert option for our son while we are out.

Really great. I came super late in the day and they were about to close up. The young lady who helped me was very understanding (I've been there!) and kind. I came to get a smoothie for my mother who's been having some terrible stomach issues, and the smoothie was the first thing she was able to keep down for a couple days.

Divine smoothies, I eat dinner here! I’m a professional figure skater, and everything here is healthy and delicious. My recommendations are: Orange Crush Berry banana burst Mango Delight Any form of açaí bowls Chia parfaits!

My son's smoothie wasn't made correctly or at least it had an odd flavor that didn't seem to fit the strawberry banana flavor ordered.

Friendly and efficient service. Smoothie was delicious and nutritious.
