My only complaint is that on some days I leave at 7 or shortly after...you guys don't allow your app to order a bowl prior to 7:15am. I'm sure you have a reason for it, but if I can walk in at 7am and order a bowl, why couldn't I order it on the app at 7am? Just a recommendation.

Last time I came in there was a little bit of attitude which I chalk up to having a bad shift or maybe there was a mean customer before me. This time everyone was back to their awesome customer service. I came in to pick up my order and was acknowledged immediately then was given my to-go bag and was told that everything was in the bag. Very friendly and efficient!

My order requested no agave on my bowl. Unfortunately, it was added. This has happened at least 3-4 times at this location. The people working there are not reading the details off the order and it is very frustrating.

Only issue was the new dragon fruit bowl said it was supposed to be topped with pineapple, but my bowl didn't have any on top.
