App was a problem today. I use it all the time, but last night & again this morning it did NOT select the pickup time I input. I tried multiple times & ways. At 9pm yesterday, I attempted to order for an 11am pickup today. App indicated Order will be ready for pickup at 6:30am today...so I did not place order. Again today, I initiated an order at 8:30am for pickup at 11am. App indicated order will be ready at 8:45am.
I waited and finally placed my order about 11am.
Never had this problem before-frustrating. Love your products. Bill

This is my favorite Nekter location! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I usually place an online order and it’s always ready when I arrive to pick it up. Nekter has become part of my healthy lifestyle and I love all of their juices, açaí bowls and skoops! Keep up the great work!
