Hi Nektar. I love your product and think customer service is usually awesome. I usually order 2x per week. During the week it is a breeze. On Sunday's (the last 2) it's been extremely hectic and a long wait. Yesterday the register gave a heads up that the orders were taking 10-15 minutes. I received 1 drink of my order during that time and waited almost 30 minutes for my second one. When I checked back in- my second drink was not made and the ticket was missing. The employee was super apologetic and upgraded the drink (very nice). I have worked in food service, so I understand things happen, but it was frustrating. Normally I think you are doing an awesome job
but wanted to bring to your attention.

I love it! I go a lot and I love the PB bowl but last time I don't think it was blended enough.. there were like sweet, chewy peanut lumps and it kind of grossed me out. That was just one time.. still love everything else!
