I was waiting right in front of the pickup area for several minutes so that I could pick up my mobile order. No one came over to see why I was standing there. The cashier was busy with taking orders. A blonde woman called out an order that was ready for another person, and she went to the backroom before I could tell her why I was standing there. I had to wait several more minutes before another woman with dark hair called out an order that was ready for another person. Luckily, she noticed me and asked me if I was picking up an order. I wish I could describe more how she looked liked or what her name was because I would have been standing there waiting for more minutes even though my order was just waiting in the refrigerators in the back. I'm thankful for her, but this is the second time where I've found that picking up a mobile order isn't ideal or speedy. My drinks would be more fresher and the wait would be less if I order in person and then wait for my name to be called. I wish that your workers would actively check for people picking up mobile orders. I felt like I was just standing in the way as the workers called out names for other people's orders. I felt ignored.
