The two employees were really busy and there was a wait for the order, but they were very courteous and polite. They apologized for the wait and I was very impressed with their professionalism when they were working hard to fill all of the orders. Their efforts should be recognized.

I love mobile ordering from nekter but it is SO WRONG that a tip is automatically applied unless you uncheck it. It’s so unethical
