My 18 oz cup was only 15/16 oz full of juice. There was a 3/4” of foam layer. When I pointed it out, they apologized and gladly filled it to the top w juice.

Our family loves Nekter and has been a longtime patron of our local stores. Unfortunately, our most recent order was inaccurate, causing us to throw away an entire açaí bowl where granola was added. Due to a food allergy my son could not eat it. Since it was ordered online and packaged to go in a brown bag, I did not see it before i left the store. I didn't realize the mistake until I was home and unpacking our items. By that time it was too late to go back and I could not get anyone on the phone for almost an hour. When I did speak top a store employee, they were quick to apologize and promised we could come back for a replacement bowl.

Waited 20min for my drink. 2-3 orders before me. I think they r training. The sign in ur place hangs too low in the employee area and I watched the tall employee bump their head into it gently. They would duck from that point onward. I think it was a new hire. The sign seems to be made of wood and has sharp edges so I think it’s not safe

I’m here picking up 8 drinks for the teachers at orchard hills Montessori and I explained they are leaving at 4 and she’s taking her lovely time walking around. I explained my order pick up time is 3:45; and she tells me well it takes time because I’m helping other people. Can someone please call me to explain why this store operates so slowly.

I placed an order online at 7:00AM and when I arrived at the store no one was there and the door was locked. I called and was only able to leave a voicemail and could not cancel my order through the application. My experience was mixed because I could not pickup my breakfast but my refund was handled without an issue.
