app was very easy to navigate...when I picked up my product, the rep was nice and friendly and my pick up order was ready as promised - thank you! This was the first time trying nekter (and took advantage of the free 16oz promotion), and it was delicious...we'll have to come gain.

I am a regular customer and order the same bowl each day that I come which is about 3-4 times each month. In the past the quality of preparation of my super food bowl with no agave was excellent. Today, I made my usual order as I ate it I discovered a odd peanut butter flavor - something I had never tasted. I also noticed the apples and small red berries were missing. I was eating it while on the phone and in hindsight I should have stopped. When I finally hit a big glob of peanut butter on my spoon, I went inside and asked if they put peanut butter in my super food bowl. Both the young man and woman behind the counter seemed to doubt my claim but did say they had peanut butter in the store. They offered no explanation or concession. I don’t like to push hard so I just left the store. I have been coming to your Irvine location on Portola and culver for years. If this happens again, I will not return

I’ve only been to one other Nektar location (17th Street Costa Mesa) and had a very negative experience. But I’m glad I gave this location a try. It appears to be much more sanitary and the staff is great! I’ll be back again for sure.

Great experience. Great food and service. No complaints. Just one suggestion I have, which is that I wish the employee would tell me about current specials they are running. Usually I take advantage of that and order extra to get the savings. I'm always bummed out when I realize there was a promotion I didn't take advantage of after the fact.
