Great people, but seems theres always ice in smoothie, didnt k ow you guys used ice, and ne er ble ded wekk. Stick to my Quail Hill location. But you guys always make it right, so all good. Support top notch.

Got a email regarding a buy 3 bowls get 1 free but it turned out it was only for Chino Hills location about 25 miles away.
Ordered 4 bowls online anyway for pickup at Portolo location in Irvine at 135. Arrived at 135. No line, but also nobody at the front counter. Counted four employees working (diligently) making orders. Maybe a 6-8 minute wait to get helped and was out the door 30 seconds later - but by then the line behind me was out the door.

The best reasonable price fresh fruits and vegetables use for their drinks. Meagan and Madison and the most current staff which are always friendly and serve with a smile. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy Your drinks and food item.
