While the juices and atmosphere were enjoyable, I must note that the service was lacking. Despite being the only customer at the time, it took 2-3 minutes for them to greet me and take my order.
$12.5 for a large Toxin Flush juice btw, lowest tip option starts from 20%, lol
Underpaid workers - not one smile in the time I was inline to pick up my order.
Please take care of your employees so they can take care of the customers

Hello, the experience is fine, however the store seems to always miss the instructions of “no coconut flakes” for my order.

When I walked in, 2 of the employees were standing in the kitchen close the front, but didn’t acknowledge that I had come in to pick up my order. They were looking at a phone and giggling. I stood there for a minute before I told them loudly that I was there to pick up my order. Then when one of the employees got my order, it was only partially ready. She still had to make the ginger shot. This isn’t great customer service when 1) you have a customer waiting and 2) their order isn’t ready and you don’t really have an excuse. There were no other people in line to make orders for. There was another employee in the back who made eye contact with me, but didn’t tell the other 2 employees that I was waiting. I’m annoyed that I even pre-tipped these employees.

I ordered on the app 10 min prior to arriving. When I got there, the employee was sitting in the back on a phone. The employee got up when I arrived and checked the business phone and said my order is still "being worked on". Of course then, 3 more customers arrived so had to wait for their orders to be taken before my order started being made (only 1 employee working).

Atmosphere is great but always noisy w the blenders so 3-stars. Service is slow, even when ordering ahead they’re usually not ready. Appreciate the rewards program.
