Ordered chiali parfum. Unfortunately forgot to put the chia part. It was so little and ridiculous. I received two products and both were like that. What should be in the picture, next to it is the one I bought

I ordered a PB Health Nut Shake. No taste, zero PB flavor.
I gave a low service rating bc I have been there and your freezer has been out of order and everything in there warm. Your employees were unaware I had to tell them all was warm. I wanted to order protein shakes to go from the freezer. While freezer was working this time, there were no protein shakes available to order. However, my order was on time and your employee was nice but that won't keep me coming back if you can't improve on quality.
