I ordered to the wrong store, I never did get to come inside this one in Irvine. I tried to cancel the order, but couldn’t and tried calling multiple times to the store and leaving messages to see if I can get my order canceled or credited back to no avail. Nothing against your store I just ordered to the wrong one, I do love nekter as a company

We are "regulars" at this Nekter location. We've probably purchased hundreds of bowls over the years. We recently placed an online order for pick-up. When I arrived at the location, they didn't have a record of my order. They told me their internet was down. They took full ownership and made the bowls quickly and to perfection. Both of the girls who were working at that time were courteous and considerate. Being treated with care makes me want to be faithful to this business. I look forward to our next delicious bowl.
