The experience was okay; based on that, I'd come back. However, your prices are just too high for what I am getting. I also do not like that the default option at checkout on your mobile app is to include a tip. That default option should be a zero tip; if people want to add a tip, they can. But you're forcing people to opt out of the tip.

Twice, the mangos we had added on for $1.00 have been missing from bowl .

Maybe it’s the number of available work stations but orders seem to take a long time. We have been there several times where it did not appear busy but the juices took several minutes.
The staff is always very friendly.
Unless the shopping center frowns on it, the sidewalk sign letting people know you are open is never outside. I have seen people drive up and leave because they thought you were closed given dark windows.
