If you had more staff, it would be a smoother experience. The staff is busy making the food and they have to bounce between the food preparation and the case register. Also, Apple Pay would be very useful. I forgot my card and I only had Apple Pay. I was still able to get my bowl because I used the app. My bowl was very fresh and delicious.

I actually tried to call within minutes of placing my order to let them know I had placed my order at the wrong location. -I work by this location, live by Dana Park- No one picked up the phone. Had to drive to Dana Park and placed another order. Would have been nice if someone picked up the phone.

I was a little concerned with the sign on the door that states they are out of the ingredients needed for my acai bowl. It would be nice if online ordering was disabled if you can't make the bowl as described.

I come to Nekter often and we enjoy it. Today was particularly busy and even though we ordered online and our pick up way scheduled for 1:19, it was not ready until 1:40. The young lady working the register was obviously new and was very nice, but definitely struggling. There was quite a line waiting and when we finally got our order it was wrong. I ordered the peanut butter bowl, and what I got was something else. They seemed a bit overwhelmed so I kept it instead of getting back in line. It was very good, but not what I ordered. No extra granola on the bottom either. We will still come back.
