Not happy! I drove 5 miles to pick up my online order and your store didn’t have items available to make the cold brew but i was able to place the order. Then it was unknown how to reimburse me for the order. Finally after 15 min. The girl called someone yo walk her through the process. Would be nice to at least know you didn’t have the items to make it! I would have not driven and wasted time and money! Not even a offer for something complimentary… poor service

Love this store so much! My son has been extremely sick for 7 years with Lyme disease. He had a hard time eating much for awhile and lost so much weight. He drank nekter juices almost daily for a few years. They’re one of the things I credit for helping him recover. He’s now much better but still drinks nekter juices 2-3 time/week. They still give him a boost and help him feel better. I also love that I can order ahead on the app.

Fine. When I order on the app I can never get the juice cleanse the same day but when I walk in the store there are plenty of bags in the cooler. Also frequently never have the flavor of collagen water listed on app.
