The bowls are pretty decent in theory but the guy who made my smoothie was just tossing chunks of fruit into the blender with no rhyme or reason. His apron was filthy. And there was so much extra smoothie that he just dumped out. It's hard for me to condone that kind of wasteful behavior. The bowl was slapped together and he may as well have just punched my smoothie together with his meaty fists.

What can I say? From a consumer perspective, Nekter has really flavorful smoothies and great options to boost health but the prices are a bit high for smoothies and juices that aren't even organic or NON-GMO. From a logical human perspective, Nekter's customer service is not up to par. When ordering, we had a cashier who was a bit disoriented and ignorant in her understanding of Smoothie ingredients and substitutions. For example, I ordered a tropical cooler Smoothie that includes coconut butter and then was informed thy were out. As a consumer I am still paying $8 for a smoothie, so logically I asked to replace the coconut butter with another nut butter and was told they'd have to charge me for it. After much asking of what appeared to be her manager back and forth they finally decided to give it to me instead of the coconut butter. There was also a mix-up with drink sizes and so on but ultimately there needs to be a better handle amongst the employees on the menu, ingredient prices, and listening skills.

Prices are slightly high for what you get. Still tastes fresh and great. Service has always been exceptionally well every time I've gone.

Service was very nice and helpful. The joint itself is clean and cute, located in an upscale shopping plaza. I loved my Popeye smoothie with acai and cashew milk!! The sublime juice was not too good, but I will definitely be back for the Popeye!
Love it. Amazing flavors and fresh vegetables without the frozen yogurt. Only two places on this side of town where you can get fresh juice. They need a drive thru!
